A year in the making, it’s the next mead in the Universal Monsters inspired mead project – Dracula! For this mead I am making my first pyment style mead with some characteristics inspired by the classic Universal Monster, Dracula.
I also aged this mead for 10 months on oak before trying it – although that wasn’t the original plan. Listen along and find out how well this inspired recipe lives up to the classic Universal Monster.
